Pricing
Custom quilting including custom blocks, borders, stitch in the ditch, dense background fill etc. is charged by the hour at $25/hr. Custom jobs are quoted on an individual basis. Please contact me via e-mail at

Allover quilting designs also known as edge to edge, border to border or pantograph quilting done using a computerized system (IQ) start at $.025/sq inch going up depending on the density of the design.
Freehand Allover designs including straight horizontal or vertical lines, as well as overall straight line maze quilting start at $ .025/sq. inch
There is a $65 minimum charge for quilting services.
Shipping
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For US customers I ship using USPS Priority Mail, in a flat rate box if the finished quilt fits, with tracking/delivery confirmation. Insurance is encouraged but not required. I can not be responsible for the quilt once it leaves my hands, so please keep this in mind.
For International shipping I will ONLY ship with tracking, this can run upwards of $100, please keep this in mind as well.
Batting
I offer a variety of battings charged by the yard, you are welcome to provide your own batting as long as it is of a high quality.
Battings available:
Hobbs Poly down $8/yard
Hobbs 80/20 $10/yard
Warm and White cotton $10/yd
Hobbs Wool $15/yard

Thread
Thread is charged by the bobbin
$1.00/bobbin- typical thread charge is between $5-$10 per quilt
I use Superior Threads so fine #50 for most quilting. It is a high quality polyester thread with the look of cotton but the strength of Poly.
Cotton, variegated, and other specialty threads are available upon request.
Quilt Backing / Preparation
Your quilt backing must be at least 6 inches longer and 6 inches wider than your quilt top. Both top and back need to be clearly labelled TOP or UP.
Please square up your backing and trim stray threads and remove any pet hair.
Please remove any buttons beads etc.... I can NOT quilt with these embellishments attached.

I am NOT accepting Traditional/ Custom heirloom quilts at this time.
My Studio is smoke and pet free, I request that your quilts be smoke free as well.
Please be aware if you are severely allergic, my studio is full of fiber, some of that fiber is wool and could be transferred onto your finished quilt.
